The IWB-6 enclosure is a pre-construction rectangular acoustic back box for custom installations. The purpose of this enclosure is to provide a solid speaker mount, reduce sound transfer into other rooms and provide an optimal environment for the speaker in concrete, cinder-block or 2x6 or deeper stud-framed walls. The enclosure can be mounted in-between standard 2x6 stud-framed walls, or it can be plastered into nearly any concrete or cinder-block wall after hole is cut to fit it. The IWB-6 enclosure is not designed for post-construction installation.
The IWB-6 works with the following speaker models: A-610, MC-6, MC-6DB, and TK-6.
