Some of these dealers may have web sites on which they promote RBH brand audio products; however, most of our products are not available for purchase on the Internet. With the exception of the above exclusive list of authorized web sites, there are no authorized RBH Sound dealers who offer to sell, or actually sell, new and current RBH brand products from an Internet or auction-type web site. RBH Sound dealers have been chosen for their ability to properly represent, demonstrate, sell and install these products. Authorized RBH Sound dealers have the knowledge and training to supply you with the RBH brand products which best meet your needs, and the capability to install those products so you’ll enjoy their maximum performance and RBH Sound factory warranties.
Know your seller! RBH brand audio products purchased from unauthorized sources may be counterfeit, used, damaged, repaired, or altered and ARE NOT covered by RBH Sound factory warranties. RBH Sound factory warranties only apply to products purchased from authorized RBH Sound dealers. This is especially important when considering purchasing RBH Sound products over the Internet. Internet audio discount or liquidation companies are NOT authorized sellers of RBH Sound products, and the products they sell are NOT covered by RBH Sound factory warranties.
Due to unauthorized dealers' typical business practices, products offered and/or sold by unauthorized dealers are not entitled to RBH Sound warranty coverage. We are using our best efforts (including this warning) to prohibit these companies from taking advantage of consumers, but these practices still exist. We urge you to use diligence when selecting a dealer to make your purchase.
